A "member" of Veritas is someone who has confessed their faith as a believer in Christ, been baptized as a believer, completed the Foundations classes, met with an elder, and signed the membership covenant. For details on all these steps, visit our membership page.

I affirm that:

Veritas does not allow its building to be used in a way that contradicts its faith, or by persons or groups holding beliefs contrary to the church's faith. Veritas's faith is spelled out in the Veritas Statement of Beliefs.

To the best of my knowledge, the purpose for which I am requesting use of Veritas's facilities will not contradict the church's faith, and I commit to promptly disclose any potential conflict of which I am aware, or become aware, to Veritas staff.

I am not aware of any beliefs that are professed by me, or the organization I represent and which is requesting use of the church's building, that contradict the beliefs of the church. I agree to promptly disclose any potential conflicts in belief to Veritas staff.
