New rates are in effect as of August 30th for all new applications and current families.

Minimum of 4 weeks required.

Early drop off and Aftercare max capacity is 6 students per day.

A late payment fee may be applied after the 2-day grace period following the 30th due date.

Teachers and NYC First Responders will be entitled to discount with proof of employment. Quarter months are March, June, September and December. Discount cannot be applied to July/ August except for sibling discount.

Sibling discount can only be applied if both students are enrolled in The Katmint. Reduction is applied to one applicant.

Referral discounts will be applied to one month of tuition ONLY. Referred applicants must complete an application online and be accepted to Katmint before the referral discount can be applied to a family.

Families on existing prepayment plans will pay agreed upon tuition until terms of prepayment have concluded.

Aftercare max capacity is 6 students per day.

EARLY DROP requires 24 hours notice.

Late drop off requires a minimum 2 hours noticel. A maximum of 3 late arrivals with notice is allowed per month.

ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE is non-refundable.

APPLICATION FEE is non-refundable.

5% Discount will be applied for all NYC teachers and first respondent employees (Nurses, Doctors, PO’s, etc.) on a quarterly basis.

Discount offered once per quarter.

5% Siblings discount offered to students enrolled with the Katmint.

5% Referral Discount for one month.

The Prepayment Plan. (10% to 20% for number of months.) Annual Participation. If you would like to sign up please select (__________).

Split payments are allowed for families. Payments due on the 30th and 14th.

A $85 Application Fee is due upon receipt of your child (s) application (Non–refundable).

$85 Child registration fee is due upon enrollment acceptance (Non-refundable) and billed on first months billing.

The holding fee is equivalent to 50% of selected tuition due once a student is offered seating. Placement will not be confirmed until both payment and the agreement are received.

The Holding Fee Agreement will be shared with you for your reveiw of our Terms and conditions.

Holding fees are separate from any monthly tuition due.

Holding fees are not required for additional sevices (aftercare & after-school)

For installment deposit accepted stipulations are as follows:

Payment made at one time 50% refundable.

Payment made in 2 installments 25% refundable.

Payment made in 3 Installments 10% refundable

Deposits will be deemed forfeited when less 60 days notice is given.

Deposit will be duly refunded during school closure months only. July – September.

Late Pick Up (Unauthorized or not scheduled) $5 per minute.

Late Drop Off (Unscheduled) after 9:15 am $1 per minute.

Late Payment 3% daily charge of total tuition.

Spots are on a first come first reserved basis starting with current students and then for siblings. Once current children and their siblings are placed, we then begin to take applicants from our waiting list. Applicants are selected based on classroom needs and selection is made with thoughtful consideration of the classroom dynamic and community, including class balance in terms of age and gender.
