Options to Hire DUFFY: 1) If you find a Buyer before you list, we Mastermind the Contract all the way to closing protecting you from the many snafus caused by buyer’s agents, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and closing attorneys for only $750.00. 2) If you want to expose your property to ALL of the buyers; both, working with agents and those looking online, and then get protection in the contract process - we charge only 1% at closing. You set the buyer’s agent compensation. We can exclude previous buyers you have spoken to and charge a lower fee. 3) If you want to be a Landlord, we will find the perfect tenant. 4) We also work with Buyers and Investors through the purchase process and share our commission.
