I am aware that if I have NOT chosen vinyl safe colors that Kind Home Solutions is not liable for any paint/vinyl failures on those areas.

I have purchased and/or reviewed test samples to verify the colors listed above. These are not free paint chips from the store.

I am aware that Kind Home Solutions is not responsible if I end up not liking my selected colors.

I am aware that I am responsible for confirming any custom matches when matching old paint cans and/or other paint brands prior to the start of painting. If I have Kind Home Solutions take care of my custom matches, I am aware that there may be variances in the color.

Have you received HOA approval for your colors?

HOAs can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks for approval depending on the HOA. When do you expect to hear back about your approval?

By signing this form you agree and understand that Kind Home Solutions is not responsible for changes in color selection once your paint has been purchased. Kind Home Solutions strongly recommends you purchase test samples of the colors you are interested in for your project. Paint colors may look different on your home than they do on the swatch or a color wheel. We want you to have colors that you love. By submitting this form you indicate that you understand the risk and relieve Kind Home Solutions of any responsibility should you decide you are unhappy with your colors.

NOTE: NOT ALL PAINT COLORS ARE APPROVED FOR EXTERIOR USE OR AVAILABLE IN EXTERIOR PAINT PRODUCTS. Please keep this in mind during the color selection process.

If you would like to change colors after your paint has been purchased or applied, additional charges will apply to cover materials, labor, and overhead.
