We will contact you within 1 to 2 business days after you have submitted this form. All orders must be placed at least two weeks in advance to guarantee delivery. Orders may be prepaid or processed on Purchase Order. Makey Makeys ordered through this discount program MUST be used in educator workshops or training sessions and ordered only in quantities matching workshop enrollment; they MAY NOT be resold.

Shipping for Training Partner workshop orders in the lower 48 state is FREE! For all other Training Partners real-time shipping rates are determined by weight, destination, date, and method of shipment. Actual shipping charges will be reflected in your quote. Please include any special shipping instruction in the Comments section below.
Sales Tax
Sales tax may be collected on your purchase by any US state according to the tax regulations of the state to which your order is shipped. Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to collect sales tax at any time on behalf on any state as we seek to comply with ever-changing economic threshold laws. We cannot make your order tax exempt without receiving the proper documentation, and we cannot refund sales tax payments once they have been processed. If your organization is tax exempt, we require a copy of your tax exempt certificate for our records.
