Gallery Fifty-Five carries general liability insurance but the gallery is not responsible for damage, theft or other loss of personal property. You agree to leave the gallery space in the condition it was in at the start of the workshop. If you are not a member, by submitting this application, you agree to pay $50 per workshop day prior to the start of the workshop. If you are a member and use registration and marketing resources for a workshop not meeting at the gallery, 15% of your registration proceeds will be deducted to compensate the gallery. Also, be advised, member or not, that if we collect workshop fees on your behalf using our invoice and payment system, the system will deduct a merchant processing charge when the registrant pays by credit card, and we will pass that charge onto you. At the time of this writing, the charge per credit card transaction is 30 cents plus 2.9% but may change without notice. Please set your workshop fees with these expectations.
