    COVAN is proud to offer our 10th annual symposium at National Jewish Hospital this year! Saturday, April 28, 2018, we will gather to hear from a variety of practitioners and specialists in the Vascular Access field. Check in starts at 7:30AM and the day will wrap up at 4PM. CEUs will be available.

    **VENDORS: when you register a table/booth, up to 2 people can come from your company. Please email COVAN with the 2nd person's info. Any additional people need to register separately. **

    Current COVAN members are those who have already paid $20 for 2018 (Jan. 1 - Dec. 31). If you have NOT done that, please select the NON-COVAN option when registering.  If you have any further questions (ie, your 2018 COVAN status), please email us at coloradovascularaccessnetwork@gmail.com

    This event is non-refundable. Breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages are included with the price of your registration. Each registrant will be entered into a raffle for entry to the 2018 National AVA convention in Columbus, OH, happening Sept 15-18. There will also be gift basket raffles available.
