    Before selecting custom pricing please keep in mind the following formula we use to ensure a 1 month booking does not work out to be less expensive than a 3 week booking, which would result in missing out on 1 week of potential revenue. 

    Example:

    Daily Rate: $155

    Daily Rate $155 x 7 = Weekly Rate $1085

    Weekly Rate $1085 x 3 + 5% = $3417.75 (Rounded $3400) 

    This provides a slightly higher monthly rate than booking 3 weeks, but still at a discount.
