  • SESSION AGREEMENT: I/We have been given a copy of all policies held by Forever Bliss Photography. I/We have had time to read and understand those policies governing our portrait session, along with a price list of all prints and products available to purchase*
  • COPYRIGHT: As a client of Forever Bliss Photography, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Forever Bliss Photography, PHOTOGRAPHER; Chantelle Bliss are protected by Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission, and violaters of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. Reproduction includes, but is not limited to scanning, downloading, right-clicking, emailing, saving to harddrive, posting on websites or blogs, photocopying, obtaining screen shots, or printing in any manner. I agree to honor the copyright laws as stated in this agreement.*
  • RELEASE: For valuable consideration received, I hereby grant to Chantelle Bliss & Forever Bliss Photography (”Photographer”) the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission in respect of photographic portraits or pictures the she has taken of me and/or my children, or in which I may be included with others, to copyright the same, in her own name or otherwise: to use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, individually or in any and all media now or hereafter knows, and for any purpose whatsoever, for illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising and trade, or any other purpose whatsoever without restriction as the alteration. I hereby release and discharge the Photographer from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs, including without limitation any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy. This authorisation and release shall also inure to the benefit of the heirs, legal representatives, licensees, and assigns of the Photographer, as well as the person(s) for whom she took the photographs. I am of full age and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents thereof. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives and assigns.*
  • By signing below you certify that You are at least 18 years of age. You have read this portrait agreement/contract and fully understand the contents thereof. You agree that you have the legal authority to grant these permissions and accept all responsibility for such.*

  • Photo Session Fee

  • Your desired session is not reserved until the deposit is received full and clear. Therefore, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel with less than 48 notice, you may forfeit your deposit. Re-scheduling may occur to save your deposit if you give at least 48 hours notice, or if there is a family emergency or sickness or illness. Re-scheduling of the session due to bad weather may occur at photographers discretion only.*
