Some helpful information to know before registering:

All Members (including WOTM) must be registered to attend sponsored events!

ROOM RATES ARE $92.00 Plus Tax. The rates are quoted for the 8th, 9th & 10th only. Rates may be different for other nights if you choose to come earlier or stay longer. Phone (405) 685-4000 for reservations.

The “Two Day Transportation Fee” is for Bus/Shuttle transportation. Friday will feature Downtown Area Attractions. Downtown Attractions include, but not limited to, Brick Town – Botanical Gardens – OKC National Memorial Site (Murrah Building Bombing Site) - OKC Dodger Baseball Stadium, as well as other places of interest. Saturday Transportation includes the Remington Park area, which includes, but not limited to, Remington Park Racetrack and Casino, National Cowboy Hall Of Fame and Western Heritage Museum, Science Museum of Oklahoma (Kirkpatrick Planetarium), National Softball Hall Of Fame and other attractions. Transportation is round-trip to these events.

Transportation Fee from the Hotel to the Banquet Facility and the return trip, is included in the price of the Banquet Ticket.

The Host Hotel provides free parking, free Wi-Fi and free breakfast each day for registered guests (a $10.00 value), along with Property Security and Shuttle Service to and from the Airport.

Many Restaurants and Clubs are within walking distance of the Host Hotels.
