Why should I consider discounted shipping?
We have set up this discounted shipping as a direct to customer service. You get to order what you need without any distributor mark ups and holding fees. Also, shipping costs are much cheaper than if you were use air freight.
How do I get a shipping quote?
Please fill out the form below including choosing a case amount and order amount. Make sure that all the information is correct. We will then get back to you with your order total and shipping price.
Where do you ship to?
At the moment we are only able to ship to all 50 states in the United States.
I am satisfied with the shipping rate, what next?
Great! We will send you an email with a payment request and your final order confirmation. The order confirmation will include your invoice with grand total for the cost of products, shipping, and delivery. Once you have confirmed your order and we have received payment, we will get your order ready for shipment!

What does this Discout Shipping quote include?
The Discount Shipping quote that we provide you includes the price of the items you have selected, shipping from Oahu to our mainland trucker, and trucking and delivery of your pallet to the location you provided.
When should I place my order?
All pallets, regardless of size, take a week to prepare for shipment. We recommend placing your order on Mondays so that we can get your shipping quote to you as fast as possible. All shipments leave Honolulu on Mondays.
How long does it take to ship and truck my order?
On average shipments take 14 -17 days to arrive at your destination. This does not include time to prepare your order which can take up to a week. We cannot guarantee any specific transit time as there are many factors that go into shipping and trucking products to you.
Can I make any changes to my order?
Yes, you can make changes to your order up to final order confirmation. Please note that any changes will result in a delay in your order processing and transit time.
What happens if there are last minute changes to delivery location or the delivery inormation I provided was incorrect?
Island Maid has the right to pass on any additional shipping and delivery charges to the customer if the information that was provided during quote process was incorect or if the customer required additional delivery services not requested during quote process.
Do I get a tracking number?
