    Then tune in for this roundtable, which will leverage the wisdom and experience of three experts to discuss important attorney-client privilege and work product issues that every litigator, young or seasoned, should know.

    Topics will include the scope of the attorney-client privilege, including whether former employees are covered; how electronically stored evidence has changed the privilege landscape; the profound effect that Fed. R. Evid. 502 has had on unintentional waiver of attorney-client privilege; and when in-house counsel communications may, or may not, be privileged.
