  • This registration form is for reserving vendor/shelter/ferret breeder booth space, additional tables, show catalog, purchase advertising and sponsorships.  You cannot register ferrets with this form.

    Please fill out the Exhibitor Information section and then the other section(s) as needed.  All required fields must be filled in order to sumit your registration.

    After everything is entered, please check the Show Summary section to verify counts and totals.  Counts and totals are calculated for you.  You will immediately receive an email confirmation once your registration is submitted.

    Payment may be made via PayPal at FertBuckeyeBash@aol.com or by check to Ferret Buckeye Bash, 4640 Marysville Rd., Delware OH 43015.  YOU MUST ADD 3% FOR PAYPAL FEE.  If 3% fee not paid at that time, you will need to pay by day of show. (We would rather do the 3% fee than raise the entries fee price but if people don't pay 3% fee, we may have to do so.)

    • Vendor/Shelter/Ferret Breeder Booth Space 

    • Each booth space comes with one 8' table in front.  Vendor booths are $75, Shelter/Ferret Breeder booths are $60 with "FERRETS ONLY" sales (products/items require vendor booth) and $50 information only.  You can order one(1) extra table below(for behind main table). Please, only  one(1) extra table within booth is allowed per Vendor/Shelter/Breeder.  Extra table is $15.  NEW:  You may bring your own extra table for behind vendor/shelter/ferret table  (6' maximum) but it MUST fit within your space.  Space behind booth is limited so please respect your fellow vendor's space.  All booths will have a skirting and table covering.

    • Advertising 

    • Advertisements in our show book are available at the rates below.

      • Full Page Advertisement (7.5 x 10 inches) – $50
      • Half-Page Advertisement (7.5 × 5 inches) – $35
      • Quarter-Page Advertisement (3.5 × 5 inches) – $25
      • Business Card Advertisement (3.5 × 2 inches) – $15

      ALL ads will be placed on lobby screen at no additional cost.

    • Sponsorships 

    • CHAMPIONSHIP AND SPECIALTY RING SPONSORSHIPS
      Sponsorship will be offered on a first-come-first-serve basis. We will try and accommodate you as best as possible.


      Championship ring sponsorship is $300. Includes 2-1 page ads in the show catalog (you MUST supply the camera-ready art) in the show book and played on a projector screen in show hall, a vendor table in the show hall, any pertinent signage on judges’ tables, scoring ribbons, name on all 3 rings of 1-10 place ribbons, 3-first place trophies, the Best of Show trophy and possibly a Best Opposite trophy. Also, a banner w/link on the Ferret Buckeye Bash webpage if link and banner supplied.


      Specialty ring sponsorship. Includes your name on the ribbons and 1st place trophy for the ring(s) you sponsor, a one page ad in the show catalog (you MUST supply the cameral ready art), and played on a projector screen in show hall plus any pertinent signage on judges table and the scoring ribbons. Prices for sponsorship is $75 per specialty ring, $125 to sponsor 2 rings with 1-one page ad and $175 to sponsor 3 rings with 2-one page ads. Anyone sponsoring 3 or more rings will get 2-one page ads. If 3 specialties are sponsored, a banner w/link on the Ferret Buckeye Bash webpage if link and banner supplied.


      PLEASE NOTE THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING SPONSORSHIP REQUESTS IS July 15, 2025. Deadline for Camera-ready art for ad is July 27, 2025
