Regular Style (Horizontal) - The regular roof style metal structure is the original design and most economical option available. It’s bow or truss is created by bending the material to create it’s unique shape. It’s roofing panels run from front to back. We no longer accept horizontal roof orders for any metal buildings longer than 31 feet. These must be upgraded to a vertical roof style, to avoid any potential leaks at seams.Boxed-Eve Style (A-Frame Horizontal Style) - The boxed eave roof style metal structure has a traditional A-frame style look. It’s roofing panels run from front to back (horizontal). This allows us to reduce cost while maintaining a great appearance. We no longer accept horizontal roof orders for any metal buildings longer than 31 feet. These must be upgraded to a vertical roof style, to avoid any potential leaks at seams.Vertical - The vertical roof style metal structure is the strongest roof style available. The roofing panels are laid in a vertical orientation starting from the peak and ending at the eaves/sides. To do this the structure requires an underlayment of 18 gauge hat-channel which gives the metal building it’s added rigidity and strength. Red Iron is only available in VerticalI want a Gambrel Style Roof (See image of Gambrel Style barn) With our Gambrel Roofs you must choose vertical siding. The Gambrel roof option allows an extra estimated 12'H of roof area that makes an excellent loft. J & J Structures does not install lofts, but can be easily done after install by client or a local contractor. We recommend the Gambrel style roof for cabins and metal home shells. 26'W or wider Gambrel style roof requires a double leg option. All Gambrel style roofs requires a REACH LIFT be provided by the client on day/days of installation.Please have the salesperson speak with me about the best roof style for my structure.
Roof Pitch. Please choose either "Allow sales agent to determine the roof pitch for my structure" or enter the roof pitch you want. (ie: 1:12, 3:12 etc.) Not all roof pitches are available in all structures.

Width of Structure. (We will try to estimate the width you request. We reserve the right to estimate at the next available size.)*
Length of Structure. Roof is 1' longer than frame. ex: Frame/Roof Length. We can combine any of these lengths for a longer structure. Ex: 20'+50'=70'. (We will try to estimate the length you request. We reserve the right to estimate at the next available size.) *
Sidewall/Leg Height. 6' is standard. For 3 section barn, this would be your center section height. All structures 13' or over require an additional fee for a Lift. Heights are now available to 20'H. On Gambrel roofs and metal home shells/cabins we recommend at least a 9'H sidewall. Structures 16'H or taller will have fabricators choice of double legs and/or ladder legs, as required by our engineers.*

2% Down - J & J Structures now offers a "Partial Down Payment System". Our ZohoBookeeping system allows our clients to make partial down payments (nonrefundable law-a-ways) and we send the order to our fabricator after the full 10% down payment is received. There is a 3% processing fee on all partial down payments.

All prices are subject to change without notice as steel prices flucuate. All sales are NOT final and accepted until a full 10% Down Payment is made and the order is accepted by our fabricator.
