• Information you provide, we may collect and store personal information you enter on our website or provide to us in some form, including personal information that may help us for registration purposes, outstanding money collection and any upcoming events related to the Milton Keynes Film Club. This includes identifying information, such as your name, address, email address, and telephone number; we may have access to your bank account details if you provide them for our use, for things such as direct payment or refunds.
We may use information that we collect about you to:
• Deliver products and services that you have requested; manage your bookings and provide you with customer support;
• Communicate with you by email, post, telephone and/or mobile devices about products or services that may be of interest to you from us and only us.
Giving Consent:
Individuals must give consent for their details to be stored by us. This is given when submitting your completed registration form and signing up their children to the services we provide, and accepting the terms and conditions of the Milton Keynes Film Club payment structure.
An individual may withdraw their consent whenever they want to. This must be communicated via email to youngfilmmakers.mk@gmail.com

We take appropriate security measures (including physical, electronic and procedural measures) to help safeguard your personal information from unauthorised access and disclosure. For example, only authorised employees are permitted to access personal information.

Children’s Privacy:
Children’s identities or places of residence are not disclosed on our website.
Images and videos of children will be featured on our website and social media pages, but you may opt out by ticking the box on the registration form, or you can change your mind and withdraw consent at any time by contacting youngfilmmakers.mk@gmail.com

We will occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices and services. If changes are made in the way we collect, use, and/or share your personal information, we will notify you by sending an email to the email address you most recently provided us with in your registration, and/or by posting notice of the changes on our website. Information on Film Release:
By signing your children up to our sessions via the online bookings system you hereby agree to allow Milton Keynes Film Club to own all right, title and interest, including the copyright, in and to the film, including the recording and related materials, to be used, exploited and disposed of, without limitation, the finished completed films will be provided to the school and all the children included on your sessions.
Clips may be used for advertising purposes on our website and social media pages, please be sure to opt out on the booking page if you do not wish your child to appear on these pages.

INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Milton Keynes Film Club, we offer children's education and entertainment sessions specialising in Filmmaking.
Please read the terms carefully before using our site. By using the Milton Keynes Film Club Site, you signify your agreement to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you may not use the Milton Keynes Film Club Site or partake in any of its courses/clubs or events.
Your credit card/bank details and some personal details are encrypted and securely stored by our payment providers GoCardless and Jotform. It is the responsibility of the individual to read and accept all terms and conditions from these sites. The Milton Keynes Film Club cannot be held responsible for any breaches of data or compliance rules from any of its third party payment processors.
USE OF CONTENT
All information, materials, functions and other content contained on Milton Keynes Film Club Sites are our copyrighted property or the copyrighted property of our licensors or licensees. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and trade dress are proprietary to us and/or our licensors or licensees. We may make changes to our site, adding or taking away content at any time.
When we provide you with completed downloads of software from Milton Keynes Film Club and you download such software, the software, including any files, images incorporated in or generated by the software, and data accompanying the software (collectively, the "Software are licensed to you by us or third-party licensors for your personal, non-commercial home use only.
We do not transfer title of the software to you. You may not distribute or otherwise exploit the software or decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise.
All downloads are for home use only, or for use of the school/community centre you have signed up through.
RELEASE FORM
By signing up to the Milton Keynes Film Club sessions through our website, you give Milton Keynes Film Club permission for your child to be filmed. By making payment you hereby agree that the copyright and all other rights in respect of your child's performance is hereby assigned to the Milton Keynes Film Club. You agree that the films that your child contributed to, may be exhibited in all media and formats. This may include use for advertising on our website or social media. The Milton Keynes Film Club may without further consent use your child’s photographs and recordings of films unless you have opted out when completing your submission form, or at any point by notifying us in writing.
PAYMENT AND DEPOSITS
When signing your child onto any Milton Keynes Film Club sessions you enter into a payment plan which covers session fees. Payment plans may be broken down into two to three equal payments. Payments may be between one to three months apart. Where applicable payments may differ. See individual products for further details. Payments will be processed via third party payment gateways, we currently use GoCardless, this could change in the future should operational needs require so. Where applicable a deposit for Milton Keynes Film Club sessions may be offered. In the event a school or venue should decide against hosting a Milton Keynes film club where a waiting list is applicable, said club will take place at an alternative venue within 7 miles of the school or venues grounds. Once payment has been made there are no refunds unless under exceptional circumstances, for example a child cannot attend school due to long term illness or moving of schools. We do not refund simply for a change of mind.
COVID – 19
In the event a school may have to close in the future due to any government restrictions, no refunds will be made, the sessions will either be offered online, or at an alternative venue. We will follow any guidelines the schools have in place, due to Covid-19 to protect all involved in the sessions, and follow all health and safety guidelines which are applicable at the time of the sessions running.
AMENDMENT
At any time, we may amend these terms of use (including by modification, deletion and/or addition of any portion thereof). If we make an amendment to these terms of use, we will notify you by posting notice of such amendment on the Milton Keynes Film Club website or send an email to the most recent email address you have provided. Any such amendment to these terms of use will be effective thirty (30) calendar days following our posting of notice of the changes on the Milton Keynes Film Club website. Please note that, at all times, you are responsible for updating your personal information to provide us your current email address. In the event that the last email address that you have provided us is not valid, or for any other reason is not capable of delivering to you the notice described above, our dispatch of the email containing such notice will nonetheless constitute effective notice of any amendment described in the notice.
