UK Based Practitioner Status Renewal (Payment via invoice)

Only current members can apply to renew their Practitioner status. If you are unsure about your membership status, please contact info@socialvalueuk.org

Renewal applications from non-members will not be accepted.

Renewed SVI Practitioner status is valid for 2 years.

Terms and conditions of application

To apply for SVI Practitioner status renewal using this form, the applicant must hold a current membership Social Value UK before the point of application. Practitioners based outside of the UK should contact Social Value International directly to discuss renewal.
The applicant must provide a document (no longer than one page of A4) outlining their continued work and development in social value. Examples of satisfactory evidence are detailed in this document and a statement template is available here
Social Value UK will reserve the right to check and monitor statements of continued involvement as cited in any individual application and the right to determine that ongoing involvement is insufficient.
In the case that SVI Practitioner status has lapsed for some time, current renewal can only be made with a self-certified statement of involvement in SROI covering the whole period in question.
Applicants must also pay the SVI Practitioner status extension fee of £100 + VAT. This is in addition to the standard annual membership fee.
