Wedding Cake Tasting To-Go Kits
**In order to accomodate a very high volume of wedding inquiries, all Alliance Bakery tastings will be to-go kits. Tasting kits are available for pick up on Thursdays (between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm), Friday and Saturday (between the hours of 10 am and 7 pm.)**

We recommend scheduling your Tasting To-Go at least four months prior to your wedding date, and not further out than 12 months. We are not able to quote orders which are over one year away.

Our Tasting To-Go kits cost $25 and accommodate 2 people (up to 4 people for our select venue partners). Additional servings can be added for $5 each.

In your kit, you’ll get to sample three flavors of cake, four fillings, and our classic Italian Meringue buttercream frosting. All items are packaged separately, allowing you to mix-and-match flavor combinations.

If you are interested in creating a sweets table for your event, we recommend two to three pieces per guest in lieu of cake. Mini Pastry Samplers are $30+ tax for two people and include two each of up to six items. Additional servings will be $10 +tax.

This fee is nonrefundable, and we require a 48-hour notice to reschedule your pick-up. Tasting fees are waived for cakes provided in select venue packages.

Please allow up to 72 hours for a confirmation as we are receiving an extemely high volume of wedding inquiries this season. We look forward to working with you!

Pick-ups have changed!

All orders will need to be picked up from our new location at 1836 W Grand Ave. Our Wicker Park clients may still request to pick up from our original location at 1736 W Division. Please let us know if you have any questions.
