Wash Packages

To build wash packages in your system, we will need a copy of your finalized menu. Please provide a copy of your wash menu.

If you do not have a copy of your menu we can provide this information through a series of questions.

Please Note: If you have Xpress Pay Terminal custom screens we will also need the graphic files from the company designing your menu. Your project coordinator will reach out to you to coordinate getting these files.

Coupons - If you have specific coupons that need setup prior to opening your business.Grand Opening Specials - Often when a new location opens they run a "Grand Opening Special". This may include free washes or heavy discounts on specific items and or services. If you have a specific grand opening promotion in mind that you would like to run when opening your business.
Fundraisers - Used to promote community awareness through special discounts or donations being made to or on behalf of and organization.Air Freshener Service - This is used if you will be offering air fresheners as part of your wash package and need to track which scents are selected.Oversize Vehicle Charges - (Not available at an Xpress Pay Terminal) - this is the ability to add an upcharge to a larger vehicle.Loyalty Promotions - (These promotions are not typically used at Express locations or locations that offer automatic recharge) - Perks for everyday customers. They can include items such as frequency discounts, clean car guarantee, birthday washes, etc.Intelligent Receipt Messaging - Allows us to add specific messages based of the items purchased.Out of Change Option - By default, your system will be setup to print a voucher if the Xpress Pay Terminal does not have enough change for the customer.
