Close your eyes, remember to breathe, and know there are no wrong answers, only your answers. If a question triggers you for some reason, I encourage you to sit with it for a bit - let me know where you feel it in your body and what comes up for you. All of my BIO programs explore how emotions and thoughts live in our bodies and the cyclical patterns we find ourselves in so that we can learn to move with and through them, and how to change them, in the best possible ways for us. In order to change, we must first know where we are. These questions will help both of us know where you are now.
