What is ACA?
Vision:
Our new motto says it well: We are about Deepening Biblical faith in the Anglican Church of Canada. We want Anglicans to grow in biblical understanding as we become joyful disciples of Jesus Christ, in the fellowship of his Church.
Encouragement:
We are connecting with Anglicans coast to coast to coast through monthly Newsletters, participation in synods and Chapter meetings, and through social media. Please visit our website and Facebook page, write to us at Anglican Communion Alliance, PO Box 688, Virgil, ON L0S 1T0 or email us at anglicancommunionalliance@gmail.com.
Advocacy:
We are deeply concerned about the proposed change to our Church’s Canon XXI, which would permit same-sex marriage. This will be voted on at General Synod in July, 2019. We are actively promoting a biblical view of marriage and so must oppose this revision; we are also advocating for formal protection of those holding to the traditional, biblical position should this change go forward.
In all aspects of our work, we ask for God’s help.
Please join us in praying for one another and for the leadership of
the Anglican Church of Canada.
Please partner with us!
