    Provide a VERY DETAILED description of the data requested. Describe the grouping, layout, sorting, etc. Include selection criteria - first time freshman, specific major, term, year, etc. When requesting term limits, please specify the term and year - ex. Fall 2022, Spring 2023, etc. Data requests need to be submitted at least 10 working days prior to the due date. Given the number of requests the IE Office receives, the complexity of the data requests, and the availability of the data, the request may take longer than expected. Allow the department ample time to process your request. If you have questions related to your data request or do not know exactly how to request what is needed, contact IE before submitting.

  • FERPA STATEMENT

    I acknowledge that (i) Data may include personally indentifiable information from education records that are subjected to FERPA ("FERPA Records"); and (ii) to the extent that data includes FERPA records, we will be considered a "School Official" (as that term is used in FERPA) with a "legitimate educational interest" in FERPA records; and (iii) will comply with all obligations that FERPA imposes on a school official. 

    I understand that with certain regulatory exceptions, Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 requires the written consent of a student to authorize the release of educational records or personally identifiable information contained in such records.

    A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) must be on file before data can be released to a third party.
