Fellowship Hall Rental - Non-Member: $400
Security Additional Hours: $20 per hour

A $50 cleaning deposit must be left to hold the room. You are still required to clean up after your event and leave the room as you found it, and to take home any food or beverages that you bring in. There is a checklist provided that will help you to take care of the area, garbage, etc. The cleaning fee is to pay someone to disinfect the area after you.
If you are a member of Vanguard Church you will need to come to our office for kitchen instructions, and a set of keys to open the Fellowship Hall and Kitchen. The rest of the building will be locked down. You will have access to the bathrooms downstairs, the kitchen, and the Fellowship Hall. You would then be responsible for the building while you and your guests occupy it. You are then required to return the keys to our office.
**Sound consists of a CORD provided for you, that enables you to hook up your IPOD or device for music, into our house speakers. We will set it up for you in advance. It does not include microphones or anyone to run the system. However you are welcome to hire a band or dJ to bring in their own system.
