General Information:
A $75.00 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation.
Final adjustments to guest numbers and pizza orders must be made no less than 72-hours prior to the party date. Accommodations for adjustments requested less than 72-hours prior to party are not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to get a hold of us, please call 719-424-7827. Refunds will not be issued if programs are cancelled less than 72 hours before the program date. The $75 nonrefundable deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellations due to health and safety concerns, such as COVID-19, can be made up to 72 hours prior to your Party Pack date.
Weather Policy:
Cheyenne Mountain Zoo's Party Packs continue as scheduled as long as the Zoo is open. If the Zoo needs to close due to inclement weather, we will call to reschedule the party for another date.
Submittal Instructions:
Please acknowledge that you accept these conditions and click complete form below to submit your request. Your Party Pack is not guaranteed until the contact person named in the form receives a confirmation email from the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo stating the resources are available. The $75 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve a party.
Please allow 72 hours for a returned call or email regarding scheduling your Party Pack request. Reservations are not final until the deposit is processed.
