This application does NOT guarantee space at the 2018 Rust + Dust Market - All applications will be reviewed. Booth rental fee will be returned if organizer's find your booth not fit for our show.
Booth spaces CANNOT be shared. One business per booth.
Location of dealers will be decided by management and could be on a first come first serve basis.
No food and drink concessions of any kind can be sold without prior approval including popcorn, kettle corn, candy, or drinks of any kind.
Cooperation, patience, and a pleasant attitude with other vendors, shoppers and the members of the Dunkerton Days & Rust + Dust Market Staff is expected, non-negotiable!
No exhibits are to be torn down before 6:00pm Saturday without the permission of the show committee. Noncompliance forfeits future vending opportunities with the Dunkerton Days & Rust + Dust Market.
Exhibitor agrees to have clean, priced and legally saleable merchandise set up and for sale during the hours of the show. Management of the show reserves the right to remove any item or vendor deemed inappropriate.
Vendors will be responsible for their own liability insurance coverage for their
merchandise, tables, tents and other display related items. The Rust + Dust Market and City of Dunkerton are not responsible for any loss due to theft or damages from unfortunate events. The Rust + Dust Market and City of Dunkerton and any affiliate will not be responsible for any loss or injury to vendors in connection with this event.
Upon receipt of this signed form and payment you forfeit your right to a refund due to unexpected personal conflicts or unforeseen circumstances not limited to weather.
Do not leave trash on our premise! Any large trash items that you have, take with you.
Our objective is to get as many shoppers as close to you as possible. Therefore, all vendor vehicles will be parked in the parking area behind the Community Hall (signs will be posted).
Rust + Dust does NOT guarantee exclusivity at event.
Rust + Dust does NOT have electrical hook-ups available.
The Vendor Booth Space Weekend Fees are as follows:
12X12 space - $50
12X24 space - $85
12x36 space - $125
12X48 space - $165
