When attempting to improve the product/process what were some of the most significant technical challenges? Please be specific and list them.
In order to overcome those challenges what alternatives were considered and/or tested (for example: lines of code, manufacturing techniques, types of materials, thickness, form factors, sizes, formulations, concentration levels and so on)? Please be specific on the alternatives considered in attempts to meet the above challenges (regardless of success or failure).
How were each of the above alternatives evaluated? What types of testing were used in evaluating the alternatives (computer modeling, simulation, physical prototyping, benchtop batches, etc)? Was special testing equipment or software used?
