Vendor Information for Girl Expo Canada 2018
Please READ: 6 Key Things You Need to Know:
1. VENDOR PACKAGE
Each vendor package includes: one 6-foot table (or the floor space equivalent), linens, 2 chairs; 2 vendor passes (which may be transferred throughout the day). Additional staff or performers will need to pay admission to the event.
2. POWER NEEDS
Each outlet will be made available for an additional fee of $50. Outlets are for laptops & tablets only. For additional power needs please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
3. VENDOR AREAS
Nothing can be affixed to the floor or walls, nor can anything be suspended from the ceiling.
ALL vendors are required to have their own insurance with Girl Expo Canada Inc. as a named insured under your insurance policy for Sunday, September 23, 2018 at The Westin Prince Toronto, 900 York Mills Road.
FOOD AND SPORTS VENDORS: In the absence of insurance, you will NOT be permitted to participate in the event.
5. EVENT TIMING
Girl Expo Canada runs from 10am to 5pm. ALL VENDORS are expected to keep their tables and activities open until the end of the event.
6. CLEAN UP
At 5:00 pm, all vendors must shut down their activities and clean up. You are responsible for clearing your area and placing all garbage in the appropriate receptacles.
