  • Each vendor booth space is 10’x10’ and includes a skirted table and two chairs. Pop-ups are acceptable. Vendor booths will be located inside the MegaCenter (exhibition room). Vendors are expected to arrive & set up on Sunday, April 15th and vend for the duration of the Event.

    VENDOR BOOTH FEES:
    $125 without electric -or-
    $150 with electric/phone

    There is no additional fee for parking. If you are staying at the hotel, please remember to make your room reservations early as rooms typically fill up quickly.


  • Vendors who are also show sponsors (sponsorships start as low as $500) have their space w/electric provided as part of their sponsorship.  Most sponsorships include a sponsor banner on the website. Sponsor banners on marketing emails to our base are also available depending on the type of sponsorship. If you are interested in more information about being a sponsor, please let us know!
