Payment in full is required for submission of registration. Please call our office if you have any questions, have more than 4 children to register, or need to make other payment arrangements.
Submission of this form indicates your permission for your child to attend the camp(s) indicated and participate in all camp activities. A separate Emergency Medical Release form will be emailed to you and must be turned in by the start of the first camp for which you register.
Once registration has been submitted, NO REFUNDS can be issued. However, we can apply your payment to another camp, class or lessons as long as notice is given at least 48-hours before the camp begins. There are NO REFUNDS for no-shows or dropping out once camp has started.
