We aim to receive brokerage commissions for our services from the Landlords or Sellers. If no commission or only a partial commission is offered by the Seller or Landlord, the buyer or lessee will be responsible for paying a commission to Kaizen Realty Partners. This commission will be at least 3% of the gross purchase price or gross lease value, aligning with market rates.
If the buyer or lessee bypasses our agreed arrangement and directly engages with a Landlord or Seller, we acknowledge and accept full responsibility for paying real estate commissions to KAIZEN REALTY PARTNERS, LLC. This commission will be six percent (6%) of the sales price at closing or six percent (6%) of the gross lease amount upon signing a lease. We also agree to cover any legal fees and costs associated with collecting this commission. The broker reserves the right to enforce its lien rights.
