Official Charity Rules and Obligations
Applications turned in after February 28, 2021, will NOT be considered.
Entries will be for the FULL MARATHON ONLY.
If selected for the Benefit Level The St George Marathon agrees to donate X amount of Guaranteed spots to your charity. This means that each of your entrants will need to pay the marathon registration fee on top of the money donated to your charity. All registration forms will be e-mailed to your charity contact to be dispersed among your entrants. Registration forms and fees MUST be completed, collected by your contact and delivered to the Marathon office by August 1st, 2021, NO EXCEPTIONS! Those that are not turned in by August 1st will NOT be awarded a spot in the 2021 Marathon. The Marathon will not be responsible for entrants that cancel after August 1st. Your charity will NOT be awarded more spots for those that may cancel and you will not be able to transfer entries to another participant to cover those who cancel.
Your charity agrees to fill out an evaluation and accountability form the marathon concludes. Also, any short write-ups of success stories due to your participation are appreciated.
