All campus housing closes at 5pm on Friday May 8. If you have a valid reason to be on campus past the closing date, you must submit a request before 4:30pm, Saturday, April 25, 2026. Valid reasons include transitioning to summer housing on Monday, May 11; sibling of graduating senior; students flying home to an international location; students participating in Wheaton programs; athletes whose season has not ended; and married or grad students with an end date past Friday, May 8.

Requests approved after the deadline incur a $50 administrative fee.

• Graduating seniors are automatically approved to stay until noon on Monday, May 11. Please do not fill out the form.
• Athletes are automatically approved based on dates communicated by your coaches. Please do not fill out the form.
• Siblings of graduating senior must submit a request and will be approved to stay until 5pm on Sunday, May 10.
• Students who have a conflict with their international flights must also submit a request.
• Conservatory students participating in the graduation weekend festivities DO NOT submit a request. The Conservatory will provide authorization.

All students must check out of housing before leaving campus for the summer. Please follow the timeline communicated to you by your residence life staff member.

Meal plans end with dinner on Thursday, May 7, and you will not be able to use swipes to purchase meals past dinner on May 7. You may purchase meals with a credit card. 

We are not able to approve requests for late departures based on off-campus leases that do not align with our housing calendar, or to watch a friend graduate or attend a wedding.

If you are requesting to stay past noon of Monday, May 11, you will also need to complete the Summer Housing Request.
