I'd like to introduce you to Allyson Tuckness! Allyson is a wonderful mom of two, a fantasic Usborne Books & More consultant and a recent Leukemia survivor! She was diagnosed with APl Leukemia on November 25, 2016 and, thanks to a series of intense chemotherapy treatments, has been in remission for 15 months.
Our Usborne Books & More director, Katy Allen, is working closely with her husband (American Idol winner Kris Allen) to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Man of the Year campaign. Allyson has joined their efforts as a team member, and this fundraiser is in her honor. LLS helped Allyson's family in their time of need, and she is so excited to be a part of something that will give back to the very organization that helped her!
