    For non-Ontario swimmers you can complete the Canadian Record Application form found at https://www.tfaforms.com/4628573 , however the Ontario record Application form would be sufficient as all information will be sent to Swimming Canada via the proper channels

  • If incorrect information is entered, the person submitting the application or the meet manager will be contacted. The record application form and required paperwork must be submitted to Swim Ontario within 7 days of the performance.

    If the record is also a National record a copy of this application will be sent to Swimming Canada.
