Every dispute is required to be accompanied by evidence supporting your dispute. This could be photos that you took, email correspondence with the original inspector, etc. We cannot accept any disputes that are not supported by some sort of evidence.
We try to respond to all disputes within 48 business hours if possible, but please be patient so that we can review what you submit and consider it.
Each charge that you disagree with must be submitted as a separate dispute. The form below allows for up to 20 different individual disputes. To begin, select how many items you are disputing, and then you will enter the details and the evidence for each disputed charge.
NOTE: DO NOT just submit disputes claiming that items are "normal wear and tear." We have already considered whether an item qualifies for that prior to charging you for it and found that it did not qualify. If you disagree with our assessment of what qualifies as normal wear and tear, then that is an argument to make before a judge. This dispute form is to submit evidence showing that you did not damage something because it was already damaged before.
