Please submit the following form to request a replacement or a return.

For Refunds, they must be requested 30 days from the date of purchase, and must have been purchased from www.amcrest.com (this website) to be eligible for a refund. If you purchased from another store, retailer, or website, you will need to contact them within their designated return period to request a return for a refund.

For replacements, please ensure you are within your 1-year warranty period and that you understand the RMA policy as outlined here.

All RMAs are subject to a warranty processing fee as stated in the RMA policy.

Order Number or Order ID
If you ordered from Amcrest.com directly, the order number should look something like '11000343'. If the order was placed on Amazon, usually the order looks something like '103-3840343-329420384'. If you ordered from another retailer we didn't list, please input the order number they provided to you.
Product Model(s)
This can be found on a sticker under your camera or DVR / NVR system, usually starting with IP, AMC, AMDV, or AMNV. If you have a different product and are unsure of the model, please enter the model listed on your order receipt, or provide a brief description of the product. Please separate each product by a comma if you have multiple products that require an RMA.
