Entry Form

Please use our online entry form to submit your video. By submitting your video, it becomes part of The One Minutes Collection and can be selected for The One Minutes Series and for future assignments. Your video will be preserved by The Netherlands Institute for Sound and Vision, which manages audio-visual heritage. Sound and Vision is authorized to publish material from The One Minutes on the search portals for media professionals, researchers and the general public.
COPYRIGHT TERMS

Before filling in the entry form, please pay attention to:

1. The film maker declares that he/she/they has the copyright of the work and should be regarded as the sole maker;

2. The film maker allows The One Minutes Foundation to use his/her/their one minute movie for non-commercial activities* organised or promoted by The One Minutes foundation;

3. All activities may include the The One Minutes logo and a reference to The One Minutes Foundation;

4. Activities consist of presentation of the work in an exhibition, a screening, a porgramme, a lecture, in a TV broadcast, during an Award event, in a catalogue, accompanying printed materials and on the websites of The One Minutes and the project partners;

5. The One Minutes uses the movie as submitted, but is allowed to present the work without sound if needed;

6. The One Minutes Foundation and its official partners can also allow third parties to use The One Minutes for similar activities;

7. In case these third parties pay revenues of broadcast or any other fee for authorship rights, these revenues will be paid to the film maker;

8. The film maker can withdraw his/her permission to use the work at all times, provided that The One Minutes Foundation and its official partners or third parties to whom The One Minutes Foundation granted permission, cannot be asked to change activities which have been already realised, or are in a late preparatory state of organisation;

9. The One Minutes Foundation cannot use the work in any other way than as described above, unless with the explicit permission of the film maker.

The film maker agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The One Minutes Foundation, its officers, directors, employees, agents, distributors and its affiliates from and against any and all claims made by employees of the productions and any and all third-party claims arising from or in any way related to any copyrights, thereby expressly including the music rights. All costs arising out of or as a result of copyright claims by third parties are for the film maker. 版权条款

填写报名表前请注意以下信息：

3. 所有活动都可能包含一分钟徽标和对一分钟基金会的提及；

4. 作品呈现包括：展览、放映、节目、讲座、电视广播、颁奖活动、画册、随附的印刷材料以及一分钟与项目合作伙伴的网站；

5. 一分钟呈现所提交的电影，但若有需要，一分钟可无声呈现作品；

6. 一分钟基金会及其官方合作伙伴也可允许第三方使用一分钟进行类似的活动；

7. 若第三方支付广播收入或其他任何版权费用，此收入将支付给电影制作人；

8. 电影制作人可随时撤回其对作品的使用许可，前提是不得要求一分钟基金会及其官方合作伙伴或获得一分钟基金会许可的第三方更改已实现的活动，或处于组织的后期准备状态；

9. 除非得到电影制作人的明确许可，一分钟基金会不得以上述以外的任何其他方式使用该作品

电影制作人同意担保一分钟基金会、其管理人员、董事、员工、代理、发行方及其附属公司的免责损害，使其免受电影制作人员提出的任何和所有索赔以及因任何版权相关的方式和第三方进行索赔，包括音乐版权。因第三方版权主张而产生或导致的所有费用均由电影制作人承担。

Payment Information
Your One Minute can be selected for
-The One Minutes Series

We are happy to pay €150 to all artists whose films have been selected for The One Minutes Series from the open call. If your movie is selected for a series from The One Minutes collection, you will receive €75. This covers all future screenings. We prefer to pay by IBAN.

If your single One Minute is selected for installations/film festivals/programs, we will negotiate an artist fee. This varies and is between €50 and €1000.

We offer the opportunity to support The One Minutes Foundation. You can deposit the money in our Trust Fund. We welcome all donations to the trust more than ever. We will use it for future One Minutes. If you want us to put the money in the trust, you do not need to fill in the IBAN information.

As mentioned in our copyright terms, the film maker allows The One Minutes Foundation to use his/her one minute movie for non-commercial activities. For commercial use, we will first contact you because we need your permission for this.
