  • Membership Renewal Using Troop Digital Dough

    Note: All membership renewals must be paid with full digital dough payments of $25 for each member (i.e., renewing 2 members requires $50 in dough). This section is for renewal using troop digital dough only.
  • Event and Camp Registration Using Troop Digital Dough

  • Program event registration and troop camping payments must be in full dollar amounts (no cents.) Digital dough can be used to register for new events or to make payments on events like camp or CSACon. GSWO will not refund previously paid event registration fees so that Digital Dough can be used.

    This form is not to be used for Troop Adventure Camp (TAC). TAC has a specific form that allows you to apply Troop digital dough and make all the various selections to design your TAC experience. This form will be sent directly to troops already registered for TAC.

    Individual girl digital dough cannot be used for TAC. If girls would like their digital dough used for TAC, they must first use the Girl Digital Dough Redemption Form to contribute her digital dough to the troop.

    Registration requests using digital dough cannot be accepted more than 7 days before registration for the event is set to open.

  • If registering for a council-sponsored program event, registration cannot be completed until a full payment is received for the registration fee.

    You can pay for part of the fee with digital dough via this form; however, the spot(s) will not be reserved until the balance is paid so please don't delay—we don't want anyone to miss out on the fun!

    This is also why the digital dough payment will not be reflected in your balance due in the MyGS Member Community. Please see below for how to process your balance payments.

    Debit / credit payments can be taken over the phone or in person at the council shop. Cash / check payments must be brought in to the council shop.

    When full registration payment is received and we are able to complete your registration, you'll receive a confirmation email, showing a zero dollar balance, letting you know that you are all set to attend the event.

  • Using Individual Girls' Dough

    Note: Troop leaders are asked to ensure they have the permission of the family to use a girl's digital dough on her behalf. Council staff will not release a girl's individual digital dough code to troop leaders; codes must be provided by the parent/caregiver.
  • For membership renewal, please provide girl names and the last five digits of their digital dough number below. 

    For event registration, please provide event name as well as girl names, last five digits of their digital dough numbers and the amount of dough each girl will be using for the event. Please note: Program event / camp registration must be in full dollar amounts (no cents.) 

    For girls using Digital Dough for both membership renewal and event registration, please list the girl's name and last five digits of her digital dough number twice below on two different lines. Be sure to include the amount of dough she'd like to use for the program event on one of the lines! 

    NOTE: CVV codes are not needed when troop leaders are using girl digital dough numbers! 

    Please only use a girl's digital dough number for that girl. Girls have the option of contributing their dough to their troop if they would like their troop leaders to spend it on other girls (or adults)! They must identify this on the Girl Digital Dough Redemption Form and we'll update the girl and troop dough accounts accordingly and notify the troop leader of their new balance.
