We want YOU for team Youth Home as we rock the gyro booth at this year's International Greek Food Festival. You'll have a great time and your support directly impacts the donation Youth Home receives from the weekend's proceeds.
Where is it? Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church - 1100 Napa Valley Dr, Little Rock, AR 72211
When is it? Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, May 18th-20th
Why Volunteer? Mainly because it's fun. You'll meet great people and your participation has a direct impact on the portion of the Festival's proceeds that Youth Home receives.
Who Can Volunteer? Volunteers of all ages are welcome - we ask that young children are accompanied by an adult. This is a great opportunity for families looking for a fun activity to spend some time together and support a good cause. We will gladly provide documentation of volunteer hours for students who need school credit.
What if it rains? The gyro booth is under a tent and we'll be there with a hearty "OPA!" rain or shine!
What should I wear? Taziki sauce is delicious and gets everywhere. We'll provide gloves and aprons, but please dress comfortably and prepare to get a bit messy. Long hair should be pinned or tied up. Please wear close-toed and comfortable shoes.
