  • If you are concerned that you did not order the proper rope size, we are proud to offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee to all US customers.

    If you are an international customer, in most instances, we are not able to accommodate size exchanges due to prohibitive shipping costs. Please contact us directly at support@crossrope.com if you have any questions or concerns.


    How do I know if my size is incorrect?

    Most jumpers can effectively use multiple jump rope lengths with small changes in technique and hand positioning.

    • If the rope is striking the ground too far in front of your feet, try raising your hands slightly and pulling your elbows back.

     

    • If the rope is catching your feet, try lowering your hands and positioning them closer to your feet so they are in line with your hips.

  • Please Note:

    • If the value of the items you are exchanging is less than the value of the new items that you are requesting, you will be issued a refund for the price difference. We will ship your new items upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.

     

    • If the value of the items you are exchanging is greater than the value of the new items that you are requesting, you will be sent an invoice via Paypal that can be securely paid with your credit card or Paypal account.  Once the invoice is paid and your returned items have been received and inspected, we will ship your new items.
  • Send only the items you are requesting size exchanges for in 'Like New' Condition with original packaging to:

    Upon receipt, we will mail out your request size and provide you with a tracking number.
