    1, Go to: www.westernunion.com/content/wucom/base/us/en/direct-to-bank-details.html 2. Select the United States.You must send to NAPSS the MTC number (MTCN) after you wire he funds. 
    3. Obtain the tracking number (MTCN) that is the unique reference number assigned to your money transfer. (You may also hear this referred to as the Money Transfer Control Number.) 
    4. Send email to napss.hnl@gmail.com to notify NAPSS that you have sent funds via Western Union.  Provide the tracking number (MTCN) assigned to your money transfer.  NAPSS needs this number when they pick up their money at an agent location. You"ll need the MTCN to track your money transfer online or via the Customer Support Center.
    5. NAPSS will confirm your registration after the Western Union funds have been received.
