Reference Article 3, Section 2 of the CC&R's:
The Architectural Control Committee must approve proposed improvements of any kind.
All improvements, construction or alterations to the buildings and structures on a residential site in VGH must receive written approval by VGH Board. This includes any building, wall, fence, deck, swimming pool, other structures placed on the premises, or any exterior modification.
Requests for approval will be acted upon within 21 days or less after date received, generally we average 7-14 days.
**Improvements, construction, or alterations made without prior written approval may have to be changed.**
