Terms and Conditions
PBTKC Model Representatives will promote only Photography by Tammy KC
Signing of a contract will require both parties and legal guardian if representative is under 18.
Any breach of contract will result in termination of model status.
Number of shoots and edits will be determined an a model-by-model basis.
All edits and photos remain property of Photography by Tammy KC to be used for advertisement purposes such as (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, private party messaging, business cards and brochures.
What's included:
Opportunity to participate in a minimum of 5 photo sessions (individual and group). (2019 models had the option of participating in over 10 sessions)
Downloadable Online Gallery of with a minimum of 100 high res edited images. Available to download after receipt of your final payment (determined by the beginning of your model season)
Sneak Peeks within 2 weeks after each photo shoot with a minimum of 3 edited low resolution images that you can share and post on social media
Photographs Featured on My website, FB, Instagram, and Blog
LOTS of fun and opportunities to meet new friends and build your confidence.
Refer 4 Senior Bookings by November 1
1 hour photo session for you and your family or just you in a special location agreeable to you and the photographer.
**Refer means that the Senior that you referred has paid their non refundable deposit"
**Bonus: The Senior Rep that refers the most completed Senior Bookings (over 4) will receive a $50 Visa Gift Card**
The fine print - It is important that I convey that I follow the IRS laws and if for some reason your Student refers enough clients to me with completed bookings to earn $600 in cash/gift cards then I must send a 1099 to their parents if they are a minor.
Qualifications:
Model and 1 parent must attend the first model meeting of the season.
Parent must sign Application and Model Release (so that Model Rep photos can be used on Website, Social Media, and any advertising)
Agree to ONLY Represent Photography by Tammy KC (no other photographers or modeling programs)
I ask that you also refer at least 2 people to apply for the following year model program
Agree to tell all your friends about Photography by Tammy KC and share your Photos with them
Student and parent must share their sneak peeks from the Photography by Tammy KC Facebook and share their photos with Credit to Photography by Tammy KC on their Instagram
Share a photo from one of your Photography by Tammy KC photo sessions every Sunday (for Seniors) or Monday (if you aren't a senior) and hashtag #seniorsunday or #modelmonday #picsbytammykc #pbtkcmodel
Virtual signing of this questionnaire implies knowledge and consent to above stated terms and conditions.
Fees:
1st payment of $150 will be due in cash or check made payable to Tammy Mallett on our 1st Model Meeting
2nd payment of $150 will be due in cash or check made payable to Tammy Mallett at the end of model season (usually 6-7 months for your season). After your 2nd payment is paid, your gallery will be available for download to your computer.
If you would prefer all your High Res Edited images to be on a flash drive - the fee is $25.
Paying for your complete gallery by PayPal is also an option. If you choose to pay by Paypal, there will be a $15 fee per payment to cover charges incurred by photographer.
Some photography sessions may require a fee or deposit to be paid by the model for that session. For example; one year we did a WWII airplane session and there was a fee of $500 for the photographer to use the airplanes. Each model that chose to participate paid $25. The only time there will be any fees for a session is if the photographer is renting or paying to use space or props for that session and you will be notified of this ahead of time. The fee will be paid at the time you "book" or agree that you will be participating in that session and that fee or deposit will not be refunded if you are unable to participate and the photographer is not able to fill your spot.
