Thank you for your dedication to implementing digital literacy and citizenship in your school! In order to become a Common Sense Digital Citizenship: Certified School, the project lead will need to fill out the following application.

This form also serves as an application for the project lead to become a Common Sense Digital Citizenship: Certified Educator. The project lead does not need to submit a separate application.

Please note that this application will take 15-20 minutes to complete. You must complete the application in one sitting. You will not be able to save your application, so be sure to have all your information and documents ready to upload before you start. Thank you!
