Client understands and agrees that videographer/photographer may have cords, light stands, and other gear at the location. Client will hold videographer/photographer harmless for any damage, personal injury, or loss caused by tripping over or otherwise being injured from this equipment. Client further agrees to hold videographer/photographer harmless for any personal injury which may occur as the Client poses or works with videographer/photographer
client agrees and understands that videographer/photographer may perform digital retouching of footage, including blemish removal, creative effects, teeth whitening, and other digital image edits. Client agrees to hold photography harmless for any edits which may be viewed as defamatory or demeaning.
The Client grants marshall arts studio and unrestricted right to use and alter the material for commercial, promotional, marketing, competition or other purposes (ie website, facebook, twitter)
Please share with your family and friends and use them as your profile photo for social media, but always say who took the photos
If you are going to upload your favorite photos to your profile from your online album, that is fine, but please retain the photo credit.
marshall arts studio agrees to provide no fewer than 100 images (based on a one hour shoot) for client to view after the shoot, and is not required to provide more than this number of shot. Marshall Arts Studio will perform basic post-processing or digital image editing services on the photos where artistically necessary.
the photos will for “sneak peek” viewing via facebook or email at the latest two weeks after the event. You will be be able to download the photos when we notify you!
Your positive comments will be featured on our website/social media. your wedding will now be submitted for online blogs or for print magazines... it might not be accepted, but just to let you know!
RAW or unprocessed files will NOT be available. All images you will receive will be in the JPEG format.
All images will be touched up and edited. I will even give you a black and white set.
Client understands and agrees that proofs are the exclusive property of Photographer and Client has no right to sell these photos or claim them as their own copyright.
videographer/photographer and client agree that photographer is under no obligation to capture any specific moment or pose or person(s) during the shoot.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless videographer/photographer for any liability, damage, or loss related to technological failure.
Cameras, hard drives, and memory cards are subject to technical failure. Photographer will take reasonable steps to prevent data loss, but is not liable for loss of data due to technical failure.
If videographer/photographer is unable to perform the services in this contract due to any cause outside its control, such as fire, flood, casualty, act of God or terrorism, illness, or any other reasonable cause outside the photographer’s control or expectation, client agrees to indemnify photographer for any loss damage or liability; however, Photographer will return all in full all payments made by Client to Photographer in relation to this shoot.
Client will obtain all permissions necessary for videographer/photographer to photograph at the Shoot. videographer/photographer has no duty to obtain permission of reception centers, churches, buildings, properties, or other locations to operate thereon.
Client understands and agrees that any failure to obtain these permissions resulting in fines to videographer/photographer or which prevent photographer from videographing/photographing the event(s) is not the fault, liability, or responsibility of videographer/photographer
