Requirements for application
- The application fee is $42 +GST dollars and is refundable if the application is denied.
- One application per person, information should only be yours. (You will be able to add your roommates emails so they can get the form and enter their own information, NO extra cost).
- Scanned copy of government issued ID for each applicant
- Two or more most recent last residences including postal code
- Past landlord information and reference letter, if possible
- Two or more most recent pay stub(s)
- Picture of each pet who will be living or visiting the residence
- Social Insurance Number (SIN) *Optional but will speed your application significantly
- Once your application is completed a member of our team will reach out to you within one to two business days via text to provide you with a status of your application and request any other information that is needed.
