The Preparations: Arriving 3 hours prior to your ceremony time I will spend time capturing special details, flowers, shoes, the outfit, bridal makeup/hair, family/friends seeing you in your wedding finery for the first time/ room set up pre guest arrival and the list goes on.
The Vows & Drinks Reception - Includes arrivals at the ceremony of the bridal party and guests, the ceremony itself, requested group/family shots, confetti shot, natural couple portraits of the two of you at your ceremony venue/reception venue & a mock cake cutting
The Reception - Includes coverage until just after First Dance (usually around 8.30pm) - Includes after dinner speeches, evening guests arriving as well as your first dance together to open up the dance floor and signal the start of the evening reception..
The Party - Includes a 10pm finish - Opting for a late finish enables you to have evening coverage after dark. This is particularly useful for couples getting married in the summer months as it means it is dark enough to do a shot at night, perhaps your venue is all lit up at night or you would like some couple photos in golden hour/sunset. Perhaps you are looking to have sparkler shots and will need it to be dark enough for this to be effective. Or maybe you know that your relatives will be knocking some serious shapes on the dancefloor but they will need a little extra time to warm up. Either way, the late finish allows versatility that ensures your evening party is captured as well as your daytime.
