    Provision is a coffee roaster, restaurant, and cocktail bar in Phoenix, AZ. We have a passion for community and food & beverage.     Details: Part time (12-24 hrs/week) to Full time (25-38 hrs/week)

    Compensation: Base: $14.35/hr + tips; during training: $14.35/hr

    Brief Job Description: The Barista has the most interactive role at Provision. First and foremost, they welcome guests and ensure their experience at the cafe both starts and ends with a pleasant experience. The Barista provides exceptional customer service, produces food and beverage at the highest quality, and is an integral team member to the daily tasks needed in the coffee shop in a quick and efficient manner. 

    Duties include:

    -Greet guests warmly and helps build a positive environment. Plays a key role in our energetic team of food and beverage professionals who are driven to give excellent service. Help answer questions, walk guests through the menu, and process transactions.

    -Prepare and serve specialty coffee, tea, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and cocktails to patrons at the bar, tables, and patio.

    -Serve pastries, hot food, and other items, as well as  prepare syrups, garnishes, juices, and more. 

    -Participate in overall cafe cleanliness, including but not limited to: clean dishes, tables, counters, chairs, windows, floors, equipment, and facilities. Mop and sweep floors, polish dishes, organize stock and inventory, dust surfaces, wipe tables, and restock supplies.


    Qualifications:

    • 19 years old or older
    • Passion for community and customer service
    • Relevant experience in food & beverage strongly preferred
    • High attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness
    • Positive, team-first attitude and the ability to multi-task in a flexible environment
