By filling out the below form, you are requesting that your TSI scores be added to your WCJC student record.  You are thereby granting WCJC permission to pull your official scores from the state TSIA database and add these scores to your WCJC student record.  Thus, before filling out and submitting this form, you must have completed your ApplyTexas application and have a WCJC student account with ID number.

If you took the TSIA through Wharton County Junior College at a WCJC Testing Center or local high school where you were given a WCJC ID number and WCJC personnel delivered the TSI, your scores taken with WCJC are already entered into your WCJC student record and there is no need to complete the below form.

If you are trying to retrieve your TSI scores or send your scores to another institution, do not fill out this form.  You can access your TSI scores for your own use or to send them to another institution through the Student Portal on the Accuplacer website (https://studentportal.accuplacer.org).  Scores are only available for 5 years.  WCJC does not send TSI scores to other institutions or provide scores via phone or e-mail.

Once submitted, all TSI scores available under the filled-in information up to the date of the submission of this form will be retrieved.  No further action is required unless you take the TSI at a non-WCJC location after the date of submission of this form and then this form should be submitted again for more current scores to be pulled.

The information provided below must exactly match the information you entered when you took the test; otherwise, we will not be able to locate your score report.  Please allow 48-72 hours for processing.  You (as requester) will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you put as the “requestor’s e-mail” once your score report has been validated.  You can check your Admissions Checklist for the completion status of the testing requirements.
