Your name is required in order for use to generate a registration code. Your name will be displayed in the main program window, as shown in the sample image below. Only letters are allowed here.

Make sure you include a valid email address. This is where your registration code will be sent. IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS, WE CANNOT SEND YOUR REGISTRATION CODE.
