Surge 2019 Registration Form

Surge is an awesome FREE teen event which lasts for three days! It is full of fun competition, food, awesome games, crazy skits, messy food challenges, and practical lessons taught from the Word of God. This event has been taking place for over 14 years now, eleven on the east coast and three in Washington and has impacted 100's of teens for Christ. We are excited to invite you to our 2019 Surge teen event this July at 3D Student Ministries here in Emlenton, PA. We will be having an Evangelist coming in to do the speaking, and we look forward to God powerfully changing lives.
